Tato práce se zaměřuje na problematiku skladových zásob ve vybrané FMCG společnosti. Nejprve je v teoretické části představena funkce plánování s ohledem na jeho předmět, tedy na plánování poptávky a plánování nabídky. This thesis focuses on the issue of inventory in selected FMCG company. First, the theoretical part introduces the function of planning with respect of its subject – demand planning and supply planning.
