Množství palet pro výrobu a dodávky MEB baterií ve ŠKODA AUTO a.s.

Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na teoretické vymezení manipulačních a přepravních jednotek, které jsou určeny k přepravě baterií ve společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s. Dále analyzuje přepravní tok ze skladu k zákazníkům do závodů v Mladé Boleslavi, Emdenu a Zwickau. V poslední řadě jsou vypracovány návrhy na úpravu počtu palet v oběhu, které mohou vést ke zlepšení paletového toku a finančním úsporám.
Abstract:
The work focuses on the theoretical definition of handling and transport units used to transport batteries in ŠKODA AUTO. It also analyses the transport flow from the warehouse to the customers to the factories in Mladá Boleslav, Emden and Zwickau. Lastly, proposals are made to adjust the number of pallets in circulation, which may lead to to improve pallet flow and financial savings.
