Abstract:

Předmětem této diplomové práce je zpracovaní projektu řešení logistických a skladovacích činností v nové výrobní hale společnosti XY. Celá práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to na teoretickou a praktickou část. V první části jsou zpracována teoretická východiska pro řešící praktickou část z oblasti logistiky, skladování a řízení materiálového toku. Praktická část této práce je věnována analýze současných logistických a skladovacích činností s ohledem na bezpečnost ve společnosti XY. Dále je zde vypracován projekt řešící nový skladový systém a layout pracoviště v části nové výrobní haly pro současný typ výroby. Závěrem této práce je projekt analyzován a jsou zde uvedena nefinanční a finanční hlediska přínosů, vyplývající z realizace navrženého projektu v oblasti skladování a řízení materiálového toku.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with a project proposing solutions of logistics and storage activities in the new production hall of the company XY. It is divided in two parts, a theoretical and a practical one. The first part covers the relevant theoretical basis about logistics, warehousing and material flow management. The second part is devoted to the analysis of the current logistics and storage activities with respect to safety and to the project elaboration. The project itself concerns the new storage system as well as the layout of new facilities for the relevant kind of production. Finally, after having analysed the project, there are the non-financial and financial aspects of benefits arising from the implementation of the pro-posed project in the field of storage and material flow management presented.
