ABSTRAKT Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou spokojenosti pacientů Uherskohradišťské nemoc-nice. This bachelor thesis deals with analysis of patients' satisfaction in the hospital in Uherské Hradiště. Its theoretical part explains the problem of marketing in health system and de-fines the aspects which influence patients' satisfaction.
