Initiation of aseptic plant cultures for micropropagation
Abstract:
The initial step in micropropagation is the induction of sterile conditions in vitro, during which the explant's surface is sterilized. This stage involves the use of a variety of chemicals and the entire surface sterilization procedure is unique depending on the plant species, the size and the type of the explant, and the cultivation conditions. Iniciácia rastlín do sterilných podmienok in vitro je prvé štádium mikropropagácie, počas ktorého nastáva povrchová dezinfekcia explantátu. V tomto kroku sa využívajú rôzne chemické látky a celý tento proces povrchovej dezinfekcie je špecifický na rastlinný druh, typ a veľkosť explantátu a na podmienky, v ktorých je rastlina kultivovaná.
