Cílem této práce je provést analýzu rozpočtového procesu obcí a na konkrétním příkladě městské části Prahy 8 provést komparaci dílčích částí rozpočtového procesu.První a druhá část se zaměřují na teoretické poznatky o fiskálním federalismu a územní samosprávě. The aim of this thesis is carrying out of the analysis of the municipal budgetary process and especially the analysis and the budgetary parts comparison of the example of the city district Prague 8.
