Abstract:
Práce obsahuje podrobnou literární rešerši aktuálního stavu poznání o vztahu ekologických faktorů a velikosti genomu rostlin, se zvláštním důrazem na nadmořskou výšku. Bylo provedeno kritické hodnocení různých metodických přístupů ke zkoumání daného problému a pokus o jejich syntézu. The first part of the thesis is focused on litterature concerning relationships among plant genome size and ecological features of the environment, with a special accent to altitude. A critical synthesis of works published up-to date has been done.
