Form of the statute, its structure and its kinds

Abstract:

Work deals with rule of law. The goal of this work is to characterize the rule of law, its structures and of the Council and not to focus on the legal rules governing the status of entrepreneurs in the Slovak Republic. The work is divided into three chapters. In the first chapter we characterize and define legal standards. Explains the process of creation and application of laws. Based on the literature we are quoting way it is possible to interpret the content of legal norms, allowing the better understanding. We describe the basic features of legal standards and also concepts such as scope, validity and effectiveness of legal norms. The second chapter is devoted to the study of the structure of legal norms and characteristics of different types of laws. In the last chapter a brief overview and examples of substantive legal rules governing the status of the entrepreneur in the Slovak Republic. The standards also categorized according to type, so we have to be able to demonstrate knowledge of chapter 1. and 2. lessons learned in the design and summarize recommendations.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou právnych noriem. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je charakterizovať právnu normu, jej štruktúru a druhy a v neposlednom rade sa sústrediť na právne normy upravujúce postavenie podnikateľov na území Slovenskej republiky. Práca je rozdelená na tri kapitoly. V prvej kapitole charakterizujeme a definujeme právne normy. Vysvetľujeme proces tvorby a aplikácie právnych noriem. Na základe odbornej literatúry udávame spôsob, akým je možné obsah právnej normy vykladať, čo umožňuje jeho lepšie pochopenie. Opisujeme základné znaky právnej normy a tiež pojmy ako pôsobnosť, platnosť a účinnosť právnej normy. Druhá kapitola je venovaná štúdii štruktúry právnych noriem a charakteristike jednotlivých druhov právnych noriem. V poslednej kapitole uvádzame stručný prehľad a príklady podstatných právnych noriem upravujúcich postavenie podnikateľa v Slovenskej republike. Normy zároveň zaraďujeme podľa druhu, aby sme na nich mohli demonštrovať poznatky z kapitoly 1. a 2. Získané poznatky v závere zhrnieme a navrhneme odporúčania.
