Abstract:

ABSTRAKT Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem pohlaví telete na mléčnou užitkovost jeho matky. Průzkum byl prováděn na stádě zvířat jednoho chovatele, které je složeno z 90 % z holštýnského skotu. Do výzkumu bylo zahrnuto 421 dojnic na první laktaci a 669 dojnic na druhé a vyšší laktaci. Pozorování bylo zaměřeno nejen na množství nadojeného mléka za normovanou laktaci, ale i na obsah bílkovin, tuku, laktózy a močoviny v mléce. U prvotelek nemělo pohlaví telete významný vliv na užitkovost jeho matky. Rozdíl v nádoji, tuku a bílkovině nebyl statisticky průkazný. Zato u množství obsahu laktózy u prvotelek, které porodily býčka (5,01 %) a u prvotelek, co přivedly na svět jalovičku (5,06 %) se statistická průkaznost prokázala (p = 0,015). U krav na druhé a vyšší laktaci byl rozdíl v nádoji o 120 kilogramů vyšší u zvířat mající jalovičku. Přesto tento výsledek není statisticky průkazný. Rozdíl v množství tuku, bílkovin, laktózy a močoviny v mléce krav na druhé a vyšší laktaci s býčkem a jalovičkou není statisticky průkazný.

Abstract:

ABSTRACT The diploma thesis deals with the influence of the sex of the calf on the milk yield of its mother. The survey was carried out on a herd of animals of one breeder, which is composed of 90 % Holstein cattle. The research included 421 dairy cows for the first lactation and 669 dairy cows for the second and higher lactation. The observations focused not only on the amount of milk milked during standardized lactation, but also on the content of protein, fat, lactose and urea in the milk. In cows on the first lactation, the sex of the calf did not have a significant effect on the performance of its mother. The difference in milk, fat and protein was not statistically significant. In contrast, the amount of lactose content in first lactation that gave birth to a bull (5.01%) and in first lactation that gave birth to a heifer (5.06%) was statistically significant (p = 0.015). Among cows on the second and higher lactation, the difference in milk yield was 120 kilograms higher in animals with heifers. Nevertheless, this result is not statistically significant. The difference in the amount of fat, protein, lactose and urea in the milk of cows for the second and higher lactation with bull and heifer is not statistically significant.
