Abstract:
V této diplomové práci se věnujeme charakterizaci telomerového chromatinu rostliny Cestrum elegans s nekanonickou telomerovou sekvencí. Telomery jsou nukleoproteinové struktury na koncích lineárních eukaryotických chromosomů. Jsou tvořeny relativně konzervovanými tandemovými repeticemi. U savců se jedná o motiv TTAGGG, u většiny rostlin se vyskytuje sekvence TTTAGGG. Vyskytují se však i rostlinné druhy …more
Abstract:
In this thesis we studied telomere chromatin in Cestrum elegans, plant with non canonical telomeric sequence. Telomeres are nucleoprotein structures at the ends of linear eukaryotic chromosomes. Telomeres consist of relatively conserved tandem repeat units; TTAGGG in mammals and TTTAGGG in most of plants.
