Tato diplomová práce se zabývá mezinárodními smlouvami o ochraně in-vestic mezi Evropskou unií a třetími státy stojícími mimo EU, k jejichž sjednávání Unie získala pravomoc uzavřením Lisabonské smlouvy. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on bilateral investment treaties (BITs) concluded between the European Union and third countries since the signing of the Lisbon Treaty. It compares the Union’s investment agreements with Cana-da, Singapore and Vietnam to one another and also compares each one with the currently effective BIT between the Czech Republic and the respective country.
