Bakalářská práce se zabývá komparativní genomikou kvasinek se zaměřením především na patogenní druhy a mobilní genetické elementy, které se v nich vyskytují. This bachelor's thesis deals with the comparative genomics of yeasts and it is focused mainly on pathogenic species and mobile genetic elements that constitute a part of their genomes.
