Cílem práce je analyzovat rozsah současných pravomocí a náplň činnosti Celní správy, a to jak v oblasti cel a celnictví, tak v ostatních oblastech a zjistit, nakolik jsou činnosti v oblasti cel a celnictví pro Celní správu určující. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the range of current competencies and activities of the Customs Authorities. It focuses on both areas: the area of customs duty as well as the other areas and wants to determine how important they can be.
