Práca je venovaná vplyvom na anglickú tradičnú gastronómiu. V prvej časti sa sústredí na históriu anglickej gastronómie, akými etapami si prešla, ktoré krajiny zanechali najväčšiu stopu na jej vývoji, ako ovplyvnila emigrácia stravovanie v Anglicku, ako vyzerá stravovanie v krajine dnes a na záver sa venuje anglickému kulinárskemu umelcovi, Jamiemu Olivierovi.
