Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou identifikace plísní rodu Fusarium v ječmeni. Hlavní část je věnována extrakci plísňové DNA ze vzorků bez předešlé izolace čistých kultur fuzárií. Dále popisuje analýzu extrahované DNA multiplexní polymerázovou řetězovou reakcí. Abstract:
The diploma thesis reports the identification of Fusarium species in barely. Main aim of this thesis is extraction of DNA from barley samples without isolation of single Fusarium cultures. The next part is focuses on analysis of extracted DNA by multiplex polymerase chain reaction method.
