Tato práce se zabývá citační analýzou článků publikovaných v časopisu ProInflow v letech 2009 až 2014. V úvodní části je nastíněna problematika metod hodnocení informačních procesů – informetrie, scientometrie a bibliometrie se zaměřením na hlavní téma práce, citační analýzu. This bachelor thesis focuses on citation analysis of articles published in the ProInflow journal from 2009 to 2014. In first part thesis deals with methods of evaluation of information processes – informetrics, scientometrics and bibliometrics with focus on main issue, citation analysis.
