Práce zkoumá literaturu zabývající se jevem nesouladu v kvalifikacích včetně různých definic nesouladu v kvalifikacích, výskytu nesouladu v kvalifikacích, dopadů, a teoretických přístupů. This thesis reviews the literature on skill mismatch including various definitions of skill mismatch, the incidence of skill mismatch, effects, and theoretical approaches.
