Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vývoj spotřeby vína v České republice v posledních letech. Analýza se provádí na základě statistických údajů, dotazníkového šetření prováděného mezi spotřebiteli vína v České republice, sommeliery v restauracích a výrobci vína. The bachelor’s thesis is dedicated to wine consumption trends in the Czech Republic in recent years. The analysis is made based on statistical data, polls held among wine consumers in the Czech Republic, sommeliers working in restaurants, and wine producers.
