Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat a vyhodnotit současný stav logistického systému ve společnosti Englmayer CZ s.r.o. a následně navrhnout možná řešení pro zvýšení efektivity systému, s možným využitím moderních metod a postupů. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a aplikační část. Do části teoretické je zařazeno vysvětlení základních pojmů a je v ní definována logistika a její vývoj, cíle, způsoby a členění. Dále je v této části popsána podniková logistika společně s logistickými činnostmi. Aplikační část práce se zaobírá praktickými řešeními jednotlivých logistických činností, automatickou identifikací, a nabízenými rozvozovými službami. K tomu jsou využity metody sběru dat, dedukce, komparace, analýzy, syntéza a metoda operačního výzkumu, v tomto případě Clark-Wrightova metoda. Možné návrhy pro vylepšení jsou zpracovány do podoby nejvhodnějších variant pro efektivní řešení daného problému. Výsledné hodnoty jsou zhodnoceny pomocí ekonomického a praktického vyhodnocení.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse and evaluate the current state of the logistics system in Englmayer CZ s.r.o. company. The thesis also attempts to propose possible solutions for increasing the efficiency of the system by using modern methods and procedures. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part explains basic concepts and also defines logistics and its development, objectives, methods and division. Furthermore, this part of the thesis describes the company logistics together with the logistics activities. The second part of the thesis focuses on practical solutions for individual logistics activities, automatic identification and also offered distribution services. This part employs data collection methods, deduction, comparison, analysis, synthesis and operational research method (the Clark-Wright method in this case). Possible suggestions for improvement are compiled into a set of most suitable options that will help to solve the problem effectively. The resulting values are assessed using economic and practical evaluation.
