Porovnání hydroizolačních pásů a folií z hlediska jejich vhodnosti použití při aplikaci do střech a spodní stavby

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je porovnat a vyhodnotit z různých hledisek jednotlivé typy hydroizolačních pásů. První část se zabývá seznámením s oběma druhy hydroizolací a jejich materiálovými bázemi a základními charakteristikami. Veškerá nezbytná data pro tuto práci byla získána pomocí dvou metod. První je metoda analýzy dokumentů, jako jsou technické listy jednotlivých hydroizolačních produktů a technologické postupy pro jejich aplikaci. Druhou metodou je metoda rozhovoru, kvůli kterému byla navštívena firma Izofol a.s.. Na základě těchto dat je v práci následně stanoven výzkumný problém porovnání a posouzení asfaltových pásů a fólií z hlediska vhodnosti použití pro izolace střech a spodní stavby. Pro jeho vyřešení byly zodpovězeny otázky, jako je např. náročnost provádění, bezpečnost práce, mechanická odolnost, nesnášenlivost s některými materiály, údržba, požární bezpečnost a nebo životnost, na které jsou pak hledány odpovědi pomocí komparativní metody. Každá z těchto samostatných částí je zakončena stručnými dílčími závěry. Tyto závěry jsou následně shrnuty v diskuzi výsledků, která se také zabývá vlivem různých faktorů na volbu použité hydroizolace. Výsledkem této práce je souhrn obecných doporučení pro volbu hydroizolace z hlediska posuzovaných otázek a následně seznam opatření, kterými bychom se při jakékoli volbě hydroizolace i při následné realizaci a užívání měli řídit.

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to compare and evaluate different aspects of different types of waterproofing. The first part deals with introduction to both types of waterproofing and their material bases and basic characteristics. All necessary data for this work were obtain by two methods. The first is the method of analysis of documents such as technical data sheets of various waterproofing products and technological processes for their application. The second method is the method of interview for which was visit the company Izofol plc. Based on these data is then in this work set the research problem of comparing and an assessment of asphalt strip and membrane in terms of suitability for insulation of roof and the underside of the building. To resolve of the problem were answered the questions such as the implementation complexity, safety, mechanical resistance, intolerance to certain materials, maintenance, fire safety or lifespan, which are then searched for answers through the comparative method. Each of these separate parts ends with brief partial conclusions. These conclusions are then summarized in the discussion of results which also deals with the influence of various factors on the choice of the waterproofing. The result of this work is a summary of general recommendations for choice of waterproofing in terms of questions and then examined the list of measures which we waterproofing in any election and the subsequent implementation and use should follow.
