Criminal-law, Criminology and Criminalistics Aspects of Counterfeiting of Currency
Abstract:
Ve své práci se zabývám problematikou padělání peněz z pohledu trestněprávního kriminologického a kriminalistického, kdy jsem se zabýval mimo jiné ochrannými prvky peněz, dále způsoby jejich padělání, právní úpravou dané problematiky, technologiemi pro boj s touto trestnou činností, organizovaným zločinem atd.
Abstract:
In my work deal with problems forgery money from look criminally-law, criminological plus criminalistic, when I´m deal with among others protecting element money, further manners their forgery, law tax adjustment problems, technologies for combating by this one punishable activity and so one.
