Reflection in space

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce Reflexe v prostoru ohledává možnosti reflexe jakožto situace, kdy se reflektující vztahuje ke své vlastní prožité zkušenosti. Autor využívá vlastní praktické zkušenosti ze studia na KATaP DAMU, pracuje s lingvistickou analýzou, publikacemi a studiemi z pedagogiky a studiemi zabývajícími se disciplínou dialogického jednáním s vnitřním partnerem. Tyto jednotlivé zdroje konfrontuje a snaží se nalézt odpověď na otázku „Jak zkušenost znovu otevřít a přistoupit k ní i jinak než na základě racionálně-slovního vyjádření?“ V první, teoretické části se mimo současných pedagogických studií text opírá o humanistickou teorii Carla R. Rogerse a koncept pedagogiky utlačovaných Paula Freireho. V druhé části autor prozkoumává data z reflexí, které vedl v rámci divadelních workshopů. Analyzuje slovní, fyzické i emoční projevy reflektujících a hodnotí jednotlivá zadání a prostředí, které byl schopný reflektujícím vytvořit, vzhledem k výzkumné otázce. Práce dokazuje, že zásadními aspekty pro znovuotevření zkušenosti v rámci situace reflexe jsou bezpečné prostředí, podpora aktivního přístupu reflektujících a individuální přístup k pedagogické situaci.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis Reflection in Space examines the possibilities of reflection as a situation where the reflecting person relates to their own lived experience. The author uses his practical experience from his studies at KATaP DAMU, working with linguistic analysis, publications and studies in pedagogy and studies dealing with the discipline of Dialogical Acting with the Inner Partner. He confronts these different sources and tries to find an answer to the question "How to reopen and approach experience in a different way than on the basis of rational-verbal expression?" In the first, theoretical part, the text draws on the humanistic theory of Carl R. Rogers and Paul Freire's concept of the pedagogy of the oppressed, in addition to contemporary pedagogical studies. In the second part, the author explores data from reflections conducted in theatre workshops. He analyses the verbal, physical, and emotional expressions of the reflecting participants and evaluates the individual assignments and the environment he was able to create for the reflecting participants in relation to the research question. The thesis demonstrates that a safe environment, encouraging the reflective practitioners to be active and an individual approach to pedagogical situation are essential aspects for the re-enactment of the experience within the situation of reflection.
