The bachelor thesis is focused to radiopharmaceuticals, which radiology assistant uses in practise. The work is divided into theoretical part and practical part. In theoretical part is described definitions of radiopharmaceticals and radionuclides, their productions, radiation protection, detection of radiation and gadgets in nuclear medicine.
