Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dalšího vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků a zobrazuje absenci přesných pravidel pro všechny. My bachelor dissertation deals with further education of teachers and shows the absence of exact rules for everybody. It defines expressions as self-reflection, supervision and presents them as the means of professional growth.
