Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na hodnocení antimykotického efektu látek CO, HDP, HDTMA, jejich vermikulitových nanokompozitů, nanočásic stříbra (AgNPs) a nanočástic zlata (AuNPs) na kvasinku Candida albicans. Testování bylo realizováno agarovou diluční metodou a mikrodiluční metodou, jejichž výsledkem bylo stanovení minimální inhibiční koncentrace (MIC) zkoušených látek. Abstract:
The thesis focuses on evaluation of antimycotic effect of substances CO, HDP, HDTMA, their vermiculite nanocomposites, silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) and gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) on yeast Candida albicans. Testing was performed using agar dilution method and microdilution method which were used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of tested substances.
