Proposal for Improving the Management of the Non-profit Organization

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na hospodaření a získávání finančních zdrojů u vybraného zájmového sdružení právnických osob. Cílem práce je navrhnout postupy, které napomohou k lepšímu hospodaření dané neziskové organizace. V teoretické části byla provedena literární rešerše na nestátní neziskové organizace, jejich hospodaření, financování a hodnocení jejich výkonnosti. V praktické části byl použit podrobný rozbor hospodaření. V rámci řešení byl sestaven rozbor zaměřený na získávání finančních zdrojů organizace. Dále byla použita finanční analýza zaměřená na specifické ukazatele pro řízení neziskových organizací. Poté bylo provedeno vyhodnocení a navržena řešení, která by mohla zlepšit hospodaření organizace.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the management and fundraising of a selected interest association of legal entities. The aim of the thesis is to propose procedures that will help to improve the management of the given non-profit organization. In the theoretical part, a literature search was conducted on non-governmental non-profit organizations, their management, financing and performance evaluation. In the practical part, a detailed analysis of the management was used. Financial analysis was used to focus on specific indicators for the management of non-profit organizations. Furthermore, an analysis focused on the organization's fundraising was compiled. Then, an evaluation was made and solutions were proposed that could improve the organization's management.
