Práce empirického charakteru má za cíl popsat průběh procesu adaptace ve věkově homogenních a heterogenních třídách mateřských škol a identifikovat případné rozdíly adaptace v těchto třídách. The empirical work aims to describe the process of adaptation in the age-homogeneous and heterogeneous classes of nursery schools and to identify possible differences of adaptation in these classes. The findings will be based on qualitative research realized in kindergartens in the Zlín Region.
