Abstract:
Práce se zabývá právní úpravou operativně pátracích prostředků v českém právním řádu, tedy předstíranému převodu, sledování osob a věcí a použití agenta. V úvodu práce jsou operativně pátrací prostředky zasazeny pod širší pojem operativně pátrací činnost a odlišeny od podpůrných operativně pátracích prostředků s historickým exkurzem. The thesis is about legislation of operative means in Czech legal order, thus simulated transfer, surveillance of persons and things and using agent.
