Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá marketingovými aktivitami neziskové organizace působící v oblasti sportu, VAŠE LIGA, o. s. Cílem této práce je zhodnocení marketingových aktivit VAŠÍ LIGY a navržení doporučení, která povedou ke zvýšení povědomí o organizaci a k přilákání hráčů do ligy. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části popisuje marketing a neziskový sektor. V praktické části je stanovena analýza konkurence a SWOT analýza. Dále pak popisuje marketingový mix organizace. Závěrem jsou navrženy změny, které přispějí k vyššímu zájmu veřejnosti o organizaci.

Abstract:

This Bachelor's thesis deals with marketing activities of non-profit organization in sport field, VAŠE LIGA, o. s. The goal is evaluation of VAŠE LIGA's marketing activities and suggests the recommendation, which lead to increase in awareness about the organization and to attract the players to the league. Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part describes marketing and non-profit sector. In the practical part are written a competition analysis and SWOT analysis. In addition, it continues to describe with marketing mix. In the final part are proposed modifications, which conduce to higher public interest in organization.
