Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na pojednání o historii firmy Paramo, a. s. Pardubice, a to zejména o historii v období od roku 1945 do roku 1989. Práce stručně pojednává o historii firmy od jejího vzniku do konce druhé světové války. Zabývá se správním vývojem v období socialismu a některými problémy, které tento podnik řešil. V závěrečné kapitole je nastíněna nejnovější historie od roku 1994, kdy se státní podnik Paramo stal akciovou společností. V úplném úvodu práce je krátce pojednáno o příčinách vzniku a o vývoji průmyslové revoluce ve světě a potom také v Čechách. Kromě toho je zde také nastíněn vývoj chemického a rafinérského průmyslu v Čechách v období od roku 1918 do roku 1990.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the discussion of the history of the company Paramo, as Pardubice, especially about the history of the period from 1945 to 1989. The thesis briefly discusses the history of the company from its establishment until the end of World War II. It deals with the administrative development in the socialist era and some of the issues this company was solving. In the final chapter it outlines the recent history since 1994, when the state-owned company Paramo became a joint stock company. At the beginning of introduction it briefly discusses about the causes of establishment and development of the industrial revolution in the world and later also in the Czech Republic. In addition, there is also outlined developments in chemical and refining industries in the Czech Republic in the period from 1918 to 1990.
