Unreliable payer from the tax administrator's point of view

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá institutem nespolehlivého plátce zejména z pohledu správce daně. Institut nespolehlivého plátce je důležitým nástrojem v boji proti daňovým únikům. Cílem mé práce je popsat fungování institutu nespolehlivého plátce především z pohledu správce daně na základě zkušeností a praktických dopadů. Záměrem je vymezit závažná porušení a předpoklady pro udělení statusu nespolehlivého plátce, popsat proces rozhodnutí o přidělení statusu nespolehlivého plátce, zmínit se o dopadech evidence v registru nespolehlivých plátců a popsat proces rozhodnutí o změně statusu nespolehlivého plátce. Stěžejní část bude věnována problematickým částem Informace GFŘ.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the institute of unreliable payer especially from the view of the tax administrator. The institute of unreliable payer is very important tool for combating the tax evasion. The main goal of the thesis is to describe function of the institute of unreliable payer especially from the view of the tax administrator based on the experience and the practical impact. The intention of the thesis is devoted to specification of serious violation and prerequisite for imposing the status of unreliable payer, description of the process of ruling the status of unreliable payer, mention the impact of record in the register of unreliable payer and description of the process of ruling the status change. The crucial part of the thesis is devoted to problematical parts of The Information of the General Financial Directorate.
