Diplomová práce se zabývá image Městského divadla Zlín. Teoretická část vymezuje pojmy související s tvorbou image a soustředí se na roli lídra a manažerů v procesu formování vizí a hodnot. Popisuje prvky corporate identity a rozebírá dvojstranný vztah mezi marketingem a kulturou. This thesis focuses on the image of the Zlín Municipal Theatre. The theoretical part defines topics which are related to the creation of image and emphasizes the role of leader and managerial section in the process of value and vision formation.
