Comparison of enterpreneurship between physical person and body corporate
Abstract:
Podnikatelské prostředí každé vyspělé společnosti je regulováno. Podnikatelské subjekty v tomto prostředí hledají optimální možnost realizace a ekonomického působení. Podnikání v různých právních formách klade na podnikatele řadu specifických požadavků a znalostí. Samostatné podnikání je spojeno s větší mírou vlastního rozhodování a nesení rizik těchto rozhodnutí.
Abstract:
Business environment of every advanced society is regulated. In this environment, business subjects search for an optimal opportunity of implementation and economic activity. An enterpreneurship of various legal forms makes plenty of specific demands and knowledge. A self-reliant enterpreneurship is linked with a larger degree of own decision-making and taking a risk of those decisions.
