Abstract:
Práce se zabývá fylogenetickou analýzou rodu Ruschia, patřícího do čeledi kosmatcovité (Aizoaceae). Jedná se o obecně rozšířenou čeleď, jejíž zástupci se vyskytují především v jižní Africe. Do práce bylo zahrnuto 42 zástupců rodu Ruschia, 2 zástupci z rodu Drosanthemum a 4 vzorky tvořily druhy z rodu Lampranthus. Rody Drosanthemum a Lampranthus jsou využity jako nečleny (outgroups). Abstract:
The work deals with phylogenetic analysis of the genus Ruschia, belonging to the family Aizoaceae. It is widely widespread family, whose representatives occur mainly in South Africa. The work included 42 representatives of the genus Ruschia, 2 representatives from the genus Drosanthemum and 4 samples were species from the genus Lampranthus.
