Need for social services to homeless persons on the territory in the city of Kopřivnice

Abstract:

Tématem práce je potřebnost sociálních služeb osobám bez přístřeší na území města Kopřivnice. Otázkou je, zda odpovídají sociální služby a sociální bydlení potřebám cílové skupiny a jak moc jsou tyto služby potřebné a využívané. Cílem práce je zmapovat potřebnost sociálních služeb a sociálního bydlení na území města Kopřivnice. V aplikační části jsem studiem dokumentace, se souhlasem uživatelů, sepsala kazuistiky a následně vedla expertní doplňkové rozhovory se sociálními pracovníky Prevence bezdomovectví, abych dospěla k naplnění mého cíle. Na závěr bylo na základě kazuistik zjištěno, že sociální služby a sociální bydlení z větší části odpovídají potřebám cílové skupiny a v rámci stanoveného cíle se ukázalo, že je vysoká potřebnost sociálních služeb a sociálního bydlení na území města Kopřivnice.

Abstract:

The topic of the thesis is the need for social services for homeless people in the city of Kopřivnice. The question is whether social services and social housing meet the needs of the target group and how much these services are needed and used. The aim of the thesis is to map the need for social services and social housing in the city of Kopřivnice. In the application part, I wrote case reports by studying the documentation, with the consent of the users, and then conducted expert supplementary interviews with social workers prevention of homelessness in order to achieve my goal. In conclusion, on the basis of case reports, it was found that social services and social housing largely correspond to the needs of the target group and within the set objective it turned out that there is a high need for social services and social housing in the territory of the city of Kopřivnice.
