Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na studium metodiky podnikové reorganizace. Cílem je analyzovat finanční situaci podniků v procesu krizového řízení na příkladu společnosti CJSC "Story-Plus". Byla provedena studie teoretických otázek efektivity ocenění podniku, analyzována finančně-hospodářská činnost podniku a na základě výsledků analýzy navržen mechanismus stabilizace podniku.
