Physical activities with stability ball in kindergarten

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Pohybové aktivity s velkým míčem v MŠ“ se v teoretické části zaměřuje na obecnou charakteristiku vývoje předškolního věku, zejména kognitivního a sociálního. Dále rozebírá pohybový vývoj dětí, problémy s nesprávným držením těla a potřeby dítěte v mateřské škole. Neopomíná také na Rámcový vzdělávací program, jeho obsah a význam pohybu v režimu dne. Teoretická část dále popisuje hru a její znaky, důležitost motivace a teorii mnohočetných inteligencí, které jsou pro plánování „Třídního vzdělávacího programu“ důležité. Součástí je také teorie velkých míčů, jejich správné použití, pozitivní význam cvičení a popis vyučovací hodiny s fitballem. Praktickou část tvoří sborník cviků s využitím velkých míčů, které jsou motivované vlastními básněmi. Cviky jsou vhodně spojeny do příběhu a zahrnuty do tematického plánu. Každý cvik je doplněn fotografií. Kromě samostatných cviků jsou součástí praktické části také pohybové hry s velkým míčem. Praktická část je doplněna fotodokumentací. Tato bakalářská práce může sloužit jako metodický materiál učitelům předškolního vzdělávání.

Abstract:

Bachelor´s thesis „Physical activity with a stability ballon in kindergarten“ focuses on the general characteristics of development of the pre – school age, especially cognitive and social, in the theoretical part. Further breaks the movement of children´s development, problems with wrong body posture, and the needs of children in kindergarten. The framework education program (RVP), it's content and the meaning of day node movement. The theoretical part describes the game and it's features, the motivation and the theory od multiple intelligences, which are important for the planning of the Class education program. Also included are theory of stability ballon of use them correctly, the positive mening of the exercise and the description of the taught clock with a fitball. The practical part consist of a collection of exercises with use of stability ballons, which are motivated by the bassons. The exercise are suitably connected to the story and included thematic plan. Each exercise is completed with photograph. Apart from the individual exercises, They are part of the practical part and game with a stability ballon. The practical part is supplemented with photo – documentation. This bachelor´s work can serve as a metodological material for pre – school age teachers.
