Properties of polymer films with the content silicates according to the PVC and the surface treatment layer of a conductive polymer and zinc ferrite

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou adhezně - bariérových vlastností organických povlaků s obsahem povrchově upravených křemičitanů. Při rozdílných koncentracích byly porovnávány povrchově neupravené pigmenty s pigmenty povrchově upravenými polyanilinem, poly(p-fenylendiaminem) a zinkferitem. Jako pojivo byla zvolená epoxyesterová pryskyřice, která sloužila jako srovnávací materiál. Připravené nátěrové hmoty byly naneseny na ocelové i skleněné panely, na kterých proběhly fyzikálně-mechanické a zrychlené korozní zkoušky. Získané hodnoty byly zpracovány a diskutovány.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the study of Adhesive-barrier properties of organic coatings containing the coated silicate. When different concentrations were compared with the uncoated pigments, pigments surface-treated with polyaniline, poly (p-phenylenediamine) and zincferite. As the binder was chosen epoxy ester resin, which served as a reference material. The prepared paints were applied to steel or glass panel, which took place on the physic-mechanical and corrosion tests. The values obtained were processed and discussed.
