Abstract:

Síťové grafové vizualizace si získaly na popularitě díky své vizuální reprezentaci dat, která pomohla různým sektorům a odvětvím jako je například oblast kriminalistiky. Vizualizace dat je však kritická a její vytvoření je náročné. Ukládání a dotazování dat pro vizualizace je i nadále významnou výzvou. Práce řeší problém ukládání a dotazování dat souvisejících se sítí grafu pomocí mikroslužeb, pokročilých architektonických vzorů a MongoDB. Implementace je součástí výzkumného projektu „Komplexní analýza a vizualizace heterogenních velkých dat“.

Abstract:

Network graph visualisations have grown in popularity due to their visual representation of data, which has aided various sectors and departments such as criminalistics. Thus, data visualisation is critical and challenging to create. Storing and querying data for visualisations continues to be a significant challenge. The thesis solves the problem of storing and querying the graph network-related data using microservices, advanced architectural patterns, and MongoDB. The implementation is a part of the research project “Complex Analysis and Visualization of Heterogenous Big Data”.
