Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou adaptace pracovníků ve vybrané organizaci. Teoretická část nejprve vymezuje význam personální řízení a řízení lidských zdrojů. Dále se věnuje získávání a vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Další část představuje vybraný podnik a následně analyzuje jeho současný stav. This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the adaptation of employees in a selected organization.
