Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena především na základní informace o průběhu povolovacího řízení podle stavebního zákona. Zabývá se porovnáním stavebního povolení se zjednodušujícími postupy, podrobně shrnuje vlastní stavební řízení, a to i ve vztahu k nepovoleným stavbám.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses primarily on basic information on the course of the permit procedure under the building act. It deals with the comparison of the building permit with the simplification procedures, it summarizes in detail the building construction itself, including relation to the unauthorized constructions.
