What parents expect from after - school childcare

Abstract:

V mé bakalářské práci se věnuji tématu Očekávání rodičů od role vychovatele školní družiny. V teoretické části se zabývám obecným pojetím očekávání, vysvětluji základní pojmy související s očekáváním. Dále rozebírám současnou podobu rodiny, rodičovství a popisuji komunikaci mezi rodiči a školou. V další kapitole objasňuji zařízení školní družiny, její funkce a cíle, bez jejíhož vymezení bych nemohla v následující části popsat vychovatele, který působí v této instituci. Také jsou zde uvedeny nejdůležitější zákony vztahující se k rodině, škole a pedagogickým pracovníkům. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo zjistit, co rodičovská veřejnost očekává od role vychovatele školní družiny. Touto problematikou se zabývám v praktické části, v níž používám výzkumnou metodu dotazníku pro zjištění konkrétních údajů.

Abstract:

My Bachelor?s thesis deals with the topic of parents? expectations of the role of an educator in after-school care. The theoretical section discusses the general concept of expectations, explaining the basic terms associated with expectations. Next it analyzes the current form of family and parenthood, and describes communication between parents and the school. In the following chapter I elucidate after-school care, its functions and objectives, without which it would not be possible, in the subsequent chapter, to describe the educators who work in this institution. Also listed are the most important laws related to family, school and pedagogical workers. The main objective of this thesis was to determine what the parental public expects of the role of an educator in after-school care. This issue is dealt with in the practical section, where a questionnaire research method was used to determine specific data.
