Abstract:

Tato dizertační práce si klade za cíl definovat výraz ?????????. První definice bude obecná, popisující ?????????, respektive ?????, diachronně až do Platónovy a Aristotelovy doby. Druhá definice bude zaměřena na Aristotelovo pojetí ?????????. Rovněž se pokusíme identifikovat noémy výrazu ?????????, které by mohly posloužit pro případnou definici filosofie obecně. Svými metodami se tato práce bude pohybovat především na poli aplikované lingvistiky. V první části provedeme diachronní lingvistickou analýzu výrazu ?????????, a to nejprve pomocí morfologické a slovotvorné analýzy. Následně s využitím historicko-srovnávacích metod přejdeme k analýze etymologické. Takto obdržíme obecný typologický výčet sémů výrazu ?????????. Ve druhé části se obrátíme k Aristotelově Metafyzice A, abychom takto nadefinovaný lexém porovnali s výroky a jinými výrazy tohoto textu. Bude zde užito metod synchronní textové analýzy a komparace i hermeneutické interpretace. Takto obdržíme Aristotelův typologický výčet sémů výrazu ?????????. V závěru práce utvoříme ze získaných sémů sémémy, které následně podrobíme selekci. Na základě vybraných sémémů nakonec utvoříme definice, popř. vybereme noémy.

Abstract:

This dissertation thesis aims to define the term ?????????. The first definition is going to be a general one, describing ?????????, or rather ?????, till Plato's and Aristotle's time. The second definition is going to focus on capturing Aristotle's conception of ?????????. We are also going to identify the noems of the term ?????????, which could serve for a possible definition of philosophy in general. This work uses the methods of applied linguistics. In the first part, we shall perform a diachronic linguistic analysis of the term ????????? - at first using morphological and word-formative analysis. Subsequently, using historical-comparative methods, we are going to proceed to the etymological analysis. Thus, we are going to obtain a general typological enumeration of the meanings of the term ?????????. In the second part, we shall turn to Aristotle's Metaphysics A to compare the lexeme defined in this manner with the statements and expressions of this text. Some methods of synchronous text analysis and comparison, as well as of hermeneutic interpretation are going to be applied. Thus, we are going to obtain Aristotle's typological enumeration of the meanings of the expression ?????????. At the end of the work, we shall create sentences from the obtained meanings, which are then going to be subjected to selection. Based on the selected sentences, we are finally going to create definitions or to choose some noems.
