Studie rodinného domu na zadaném pozemku včetně 3D modelu ve virtuální realitě

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá studií rodinného domu pro 4-členou rodinu, která je zpracována na exteriér a část interiéru. Pozemek se nachází v k.ú. Ledenice na parc.č. 124 a 125/1. Obsahem teoretické části je popis nejdůležitějších částí před-projektové přípravy, základní zásady navrhování rodinných domů a seznámení s pojmem virtuální realita. Tyto body jsou v praktické části aplikovány na konkrétní případ. Aplikační část se věnuje návrhu exteriéru a interiéru dle požadavků investora. Výstupem této práce je Architektonická studie ve formátu A3, která obsahuje mapy a situace s vyznačením pozemku a občanské vybavenosti, jednoduché výkresy půdorysů, řezů a pohledů. Tyto výkresy jsou doplněny fotorealistickými vizualizacemi na interiér a exteriér. Součástí této práce je i 3D model vytvořený pro pasivní virtuální realitu. Pasivní virtuální realita je zpracována v podobě 360° panoramat.

Abstract:

This bachelor‘s thesis deals with the study of a house for a family of 4people, which is composed of the exterior and interior. The plot is located in the cadastral district Ledenice on the cadastral area 124 and 125/1. The content of the theoretical part of this thesis is focused on the description of the most important parts of pre-project preparation, basic principles of designig of family houses and familiarization with the term virtual reality. These points are applied to a particular case in the practical part. The application part is focused on exterior and interior design according to the investor's requirements. The outcome of this work is an architectural study of A3 format that includes maps and situations. In maps is marked the plot and sociocultural facilities, 2D floor view, cross sections and views. These drawings are complemented by photorealistic interior and exterior visualizations. Another part of this work is a 3D model created for passive virtual reality, which is processed into the form of 360° panoramas.
