Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, zda byty, které jsou nabízené Městskou částí Praha 10 formou elektronické aukce, lze odkoupit za jinou cenu, než by to bylo možné na realitním trhu. The aim of this thesis is to discover if flats sold by the municipality of Prague 10 through an auction mechanism could be bought for different prices than those offered on the real estate market as advertised on sreality.cz (the market leading real estate website in the Czech Republic).
