Tato práce je rozdělena na tři části. V první, teoretické části, se věnuji problematice vlivu míry degradace stavebních konstrukcí na hodnotu nemovitosti. Jsou zde popsány základní pojmy užívané v oceňování a pojmy, které souvisí s danou problematikou.
