Práce byla zaměřena na studium produkce bakteriálních exopolymerů, vytvářených kulturou PR. Součástí práce byla také charakterizace kultury PR, jejích růstových a biochemických vlastností. Ze získaných výsledků vycházela částečná identifikace kultury PR. Druhá část výzkumu se zabývala produkčními schopnostmi kultury PR v tekutých živných médiích. Abstract:
My master thesis has focused on production of exopolymers formed by bacterial culture designated PR. Characterisation of PR bacterium, determination of its biochemical and growth properties have been the special part of the work. The conclusions have led to particular identification of PR culture.
