Práce se zabývá internacionalizací malého rodinného vinařství Zlomek & Vávra. V teoretické části jsou zkoumány formy, modely, strategie, rizika či faktory úspěchu vstupu podniku na zahraniční trh. Práce se v teoretické části věnuje i přímo malým rodinným podnikům a jejich specifikům. V této části nechybí definice analýz, které jsou následně použity pro analýzu podniku i jeho okolí.
