Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem energeticky úsporného rodinného domu, jehož obalová konstrukce má z hlediska tepelně technických výpočtů splňovat požadavky kladené na pasivní domy. První část se zabývá požadavky investora a jeho současnou situací. Druhá část se zaměřuje na projekční fázi, návrh dispozice, skladby konstrukcí a technického zařízení domu. The thesis is focused on designing energy-saving house, whose packaging construction meets requirements for passive houses with regards to heat calculations. The first part is about investor's requirements and his present situation.
