Bakalárska práca prináša prehľad o problematike sankcii v trestnom práve v Slovenskom právnom poriadku. Prvá časť práce sa zameriava na vysvetlenie pojmu právo a trestné právo, jeho podstatu a účel. Druhá časť sa zaoberá trestným právom hmotným a samotným trestným zákonom. Tretia časť rozoberá zásady ukladania trestov, systém trestov v Slovenskom trestnom práve a rozoberá jednotlivé druhy trestov. …more
